All 700 spots were filled, covering 29 municipalities in Baixo Amazonas and Xingu.
These regions include the municipalities of Altamira, Anapu, Alenquer, Almeirim, Aveiro, Belterra, Brasil Novo, Curuá, Faro, Gurupá, Itaituba, Jacareacanga, Juruti, Medicilândia, Mojuí dos Campos, Monte Alegre, Novo Progresso, Óbidos, Oriximiná, Prainha, Placas, Porto de Moz, Rurópolis, Senador José Porfírio, Santarém, Terra Santa, Trairão, Uruará, and Vitória do Xingu.
In these cities, registrations took place from September 22 to 24, exclusively for mothers of Persons with Disabilities (PcD) of physical, mental, intellectual, or sensory nature.
The CNH Pai D'égua is a government program of the State, coordinated by Detran, which aims primarily to generate income for the beneficiaries. In the case of the special edition for atypical mothers, in addition to opening up job market opportunities, the program seeks to facilitate the mobility of mothers in their daily lives, which almost always involves multiple activities and medical treatment for their PcD dependents.
The program coordinator, Ana Carolina Sampaio, explains that the approved mothers should pay attention to the calendar of the notice, which also includes the delivery of the passport and enrollment still this month. “These next steps are crucial for the officialization of the mothers in the program, as they include the presentation of the mandatory documents described in the notice, including proof of registration in CadÚnico, education, and medical report, among others,” she details.
Mothers who were not classified and wish to appeal the list of approved candidates can send their request to the email [email protected] by the 10th of this month. The general list of approved candidates in the regions of Baixo Amazonas and Xingu is available on the website of Detran.
