Hemopa opens process for temporary hiring at middle and higher levels
PSS offers 16 vacancies with salaries ranging from R$ 1,320.00 to R$ 3,696.37. Applications are open until Saturday, October 11, on the Foundation's own website.

The Pará Hemotherapy and Hematology Center Foundation (Hemopa) started, on Tuesday (7), the applications for the Simplified Selection Process (PSS) No. 004/2025. There are 16 temporary positions available for professionals at middle and higher levels. The selection process is valid for one year, which may be extended for an equal period, according to the administration's needs.
Applications are free and must be made exclusively online, on the Hemopa Foundation's website, until 4 PM next Saturday, October 11. After registration, the system will issue an application number and initial score according to the criteria defined in the full announcement of the selection process.
The vacancies are distributed among different units of the Foundation in the State. For higher education, opportunities are available for social workers, nurses, doctors, and hematologist doctors, with postings in the blood centers of Belém, Santarém, Castanhal, Marabá, Redenção, and Tucuruí. For middle level, there are vacancies for nursing technicians, clinical pathology technicians, and computer operators. The weekly workload is 30 hours, and salaries range from R$ 1,320.00 to R$ 3,696.37, plus benefits provided by law.
The selection process will be conducted in three stages. The first corresponds to online registration. In the second phase, the candidates called must deliver, in person, the supporting documentation in a sealed envelope, according to the desired position, at the Hemopa headquarters in Belém, Castanhal, Marabá, Santarém, Redenção, or Tucuruí. This document and curriculum analysis will have an eliminatory and classificatory character. The third phase will be the interview, aimed only at higher-level candidates, also of an eliminatory and classificatory nature, conducted in person in the municipalities where there are vacancies.
The schedule provides for the delivery of documents to take place on October 16 and 17. The preliminary result of the curriculum analysis will be announced on October 24, with a deadline for appeals on the 25th. The interviews are scheduled for the 30th, and the final result of the PSS will be published on October 31, on the Hemopa Foundation website and in the Official State Gazette.
According to the announcement, native or naturalized Brazilians over 18 years old, in compliance with electoral and military obligations, and who meet the educational and professional qualification requirements for each position, may participate. Candidates with an active functional link with the State Public Administration cannot participate, except in cases permitted by the Constitution, nor those who have been hired as temporary employees for less than six months, except in cases provided by law related to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The selection process will be conducted by the Commission established by Ordinance No. 736/2023, and the results of all stages will be widely published on the Hemopa Foundation portal and in the Official State Gazette.
