The State University of Pará (Uepa) extends the registrations for the Selection Process 2026 until next Sunday, October 6. Interested candidates can register to compete for one of the vacancies offered for undergraduate studies exclusively through the link https://prosel.uepa.br/prosel2026/.

The Selection Process (Prosel) 2026 of Uepa uses the scores from the National High School Exam (2025) for the selection of new students. A total of 3,868 vacancies are offered in nearly 100 undergraduate courses, available at five campuses located in Belém and 18 other municipalities.

People who have already completed, or are completing, High School in public educational institutions located in Pará, and People with Economic Insufficiency, Uepa employees and their dependents, and People with Disabilities (PcDs) can also request exemption from the registration fee until next Sunday.

Candidates who do not meet the exemption criteria can pay the registration fee until October 21. All information about the selection process is in Notice 97-2025, published at www.uepa.br.

The Enem exams will be held on November 9 and 16, and on November 30 and December 7, in Belém, Ananindeua, and Marituba, due to the United Nations Conference on Climate Change 2025 (COP30), in the capital of Pará.

Quilombolas and Indigenous - Registrations for the Specific Selection Process for Indigenous and Quilombola candidates at Uepa continue until October 17 through the link prosel.uepa.br/proselqi26.

The selection is aimed at Indigenous and Quilombola individuals who have already completed High School. At the time of registration, candidates must present a document proving Indigenous ethnic identity or a declaration of belonging to the Quilombola community. All information is available in Notice 99-2025, published at www.uepa.br

For this selection, candidates will take a specific exam, scheduled for December 14, which will consist of objective questions in Portuguese Language and Mathematics, as well as an Essay. A total of 208 vacancies are offered, with one vacancy for Indigenous and one vacancy for Quilombola candidates in each of the 104 courses offered by Uepa in Belém and the other 18 municipalities.

This is the second year that Uepa conducts the specific selection process for Indigenous and Quilombola candidates, as part of the inclusion policy, so that candidates who do not participate in the Enem (National High School Exam) can access Higher Education.
