Sedeme opens Simplified Selection Process for Administrative Assistant, high school level

The State Secretariat for Economic Development, Mining and Energy (Sedeme) published, on Tuesday (23), in the State Official Gazette (DOE), Notice No. 01/2025, regarding the 4th Simplified Selection Process (PSS), aimed at filling one vacancy for the position of Administrative Assistant, high school level.
Applications are free and open from 00:01 this Wednesday (24) until 23:59 on Thursday, September 25, 2025, exclusively through the website www.sipros.pa.gov.br.
The selection process will be conducted in three stages: the first consists of the application, which is qualifying; the second, of document and curriculum analysis, which is eliminatory and classificatory; and the third, of personal interview, also eliminatory and classificatory.
The administrative contract will last for 12 months and will be governed based on State Complementary Law No. 07, of September 25, 1991, and may be extended for an equal period and criteria and/or needs of the administration. The working hours will be six hours daily, totaling 30 hours weekly.
Applicants for the vacancy must pay attention to the submission of the necessary documents and read the entire notice carefully. At the time of application, the candidate, for all functions, must upload files with a maximum size of 1 MB (one megabyte), in the formats “JPEG”, “PNG”, “JPG” or “PDF” to the electronic address https://www.sipros.pa.gov.br/, with the following mandatory documentation for verification, with the file name identifying its content.
To participate in the Simplified Selection Process (PSS) promoted by Sedeme, candidates must meet basic mandatory requirements to compete for the available temporary positions. Among the requirements are: being a native or naturalized Brazilian; being at least 18 years old on the date of application; being up to date with electoral obligations; and, in the case of male candidates, also being up to date with military obligations.
Additionally, the candidate must not have been convicted criminally by a final judicial sentence, nor have suffered an administrative sanction that prevents the exercise of public office.
For the purpose of celebrating the administrative contract, the summoned candidate must present the requested documents at the time of hiring according to Annex XV of the notice, under penalty of not assuming the temporary position if the documentation is incomplete.
