In addition to the delivery of the new Sports Square and the authorization for the construction of the Sports Complex in Santa Luzia do Pará, in the northeastern region of the State, the Government of Pará, through the State Secretariat of Sports and Leisure (Seel), delivered the new kennel at Mangueirão in August, a space built to ensure safety and dignity for the six dogs that have lived in the stadium since the Covid-19 pandemic.
“The creation of the kennel at Mangueirão represents a gesture of care and respect. These dogs are part of the stadium's history and now have an adequate, safe, and dignified space. Sports are synonymous with life, health, and inclusion, and today we also reaffirm our commitment to animal protection and responsible adoption. Mangueirão is the stage for Pará football, but it is also a symbol of humanity and welcome,” emphasizes Cássio Andrade, head of Seel.

The State Government also recorded other advances in August, especially in the areas of assistance, housing, infrastructure, education, and health. “It is a great investment, both for young people, adults, and the elderly, ensuring more opportunities, with courses and qualifications, in addition to access to services. I am very happy to have these services nearby now, because before we had to travel to Belém to resolve many of the demands we will have here at the Usina,” says artisan Maria Silva, a resident of Moju.
Housing – The delivery of more than 245 land titles to families in Santo Antônio do Tauá, totaling over 800 titles delivered in the municipality since the beginning of the current administration in 2019, is one of the highlights among state investments in the housing area.
