Champion in handball, athlete Heldo Barradas da Silva from Altamira emphasized the importance of the achievement and government support. “The sport we love is wonderful, and being able to show all our effort, training, and dedication on the court makes all the difference. I am very happy with the achievement. The government deserves congratulations. It is very important to encourage amateur sports, especially in our region,” said the athlete.

Representing the Altamira volleyball team, Romildo Araújo celebrated the silver medal and gave an emotional testimony. “The Joapa is awaited by all athletes in the region.
