Civil Police strengthens security during the extended holiday

The Civil Police began, this Friday (15), the operation "Adesão do Pará", mobilizing teams throughout the State to intensify security during the extended holiday.
The action focuses efforts especially on beaches, resorts, and areas with high foot traffic.
More than 100 personnel, including delegates, clerks, investigators, fingerprint experts, technicians, drivers, and administrative staff, are joining the forces already present in the units of the Metropolitan Region of Belém and the interior.

The general delegate Benassuly emphasized that the work encompasses various municipalities.
“We are increasing police presence to ensure that the population can enjoy the holiday with tranquility and safety, without setbacks. The teams are prepared to respond to incidents and expedite necessary procedures,” he stated.

Among the planned actions are inspections in commercial establishments and operations of the Dry Law, using breathalyzers, as well as monitoring the main access roads to the district of Mosqueiro and the municipalities of Benevides and Salinópolis.
Units from the Interior Police Directorate (DPI), Administrative Police Directorate (DPA), Specialized Division for Environment and Animal Protection (DEMAPA), and the Coordination of Operations and Special Resources (CORE) are participating in the operation.
