Secult will present to the audiovisual sector a proposal for the Regional Arrangements Notice
The initiative is in partnership with the Secretariat of Audiovisual, linked to the Ministry of Culture, and Ancine
The State Secretariat of Culture (Secult) will hold the first public hearing with the audiovisual sector next Tuesday (12) to present the state proposal for the Regional Arrangements Notice, in partnership with the Secretariat of Audiovisual (SAV), from the Ministry of Culture (Minc), and the National Cinema Agency (Ancine).
Targeted at public bodies such as secretariats, cultural foundations, autarchies, and mixed-economy companies, the Regional Arrangements line aims to strengthen the audiovisual ecosystem in various regions of the country, decentralizing investments and encouraging structuring and formative actions at the state and municipal levels.

During the hearing, which will start at 5 PM at the Eneida de Moraes Auditorium, located in the Cultural Center Palacete Faciola, Secult will present to the sector the planning of the notice, which will be launched by the state government in partnership with SAV/Minc and Ancine.
Dialogue - The director of the Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), Indaiá Freire, emphasizes the importance of the participation of professionals in the area in the process of building public policy. "We want to expand the dialogue with the creators so that this planning truly reflects the needs of the sector and contributes to the consolidation of an audiovisual policy that has continuity in the territories," she emphasizes.
Participation in the hearing is open to audiovisual professionals and collectives, and will be in a hybrid format, with transmission via Zoom platform, at this link, also available in the bio of Secult's Instagram profile (@secultpara).
