State delivers over 900 prescription glasses to residents of Aurá, in Ananindeua
The delivery took place at the Nossa Senhora Auxiliadora Parish, on Passagem Isabel Filizola, benefiting people served in the edition of the project "Por Todas Elas", held on May 31.

The Government of Pará delivered, this Thursday (7), 907 prescription glasses to residents of the Aurá neighborhood, in Ananindeua, in the Metropolitan Region of Belém. The delivery took place at the Nossa Senhora Auxiliadora Parish, on Passagem Isabel Filizola, benefiting people served in the edition of the project "Por Todas Elas", held on May 31.
The action ensures a better quality of life for the population. For many residents, access to the service represents an improvement in vision, with the resumption of autonomy in simple daily activities, such as reading, studying, or working.

Housewife Regiane Borges, 43, received her new glasses with enthusiasm. “I had needed to change my glasses for a long time, but I couldn't afford it. Now, with these new ones, I can read again. This action is helping the entire community of the Aurá neighborhood, where not everyone can afford to buy glasses. Thank you very much for this initiative,” she said.

Another beneficiary was freelancer Yasmim Pereira, 30, who also secured the benefit for her two daughters. For her, the action represents essential care for her family's health. “It is very important to ensure that my daughters have good vision from an early age. And I also needed to change my glasses for a long time. We don't always have the means to pay for this, so this delivery was a huge help. Visual health is quality of life,” she said.
Por Todas Elas - The project “Por Todas Elas” is an initiative of the State Government that combines citizenship, health, and women's empowerment. Created in 2024, the program encourages women's leadership in society, in addition to offering essential services to the population, such as medical care, document issuance, training, and social assistance. Since its launch, over 110,000 services have been provided in municipalities across various regions of Pará.
The Secretary of Citizenship Articulation, Elieth Braga, highlighted the social impact of the delivery. “Each pair of glasses delivered is more than just a piece of equipment; it is the restoration of autonomy and self-esteem for these people. The project ‘Por Todas Elas’ has shown, in practice, how it is possible to transform lives with accessible actions that reach the entire State,” she stated.

Commitment - The delivery of glasses is part of the Government of Pará's commitment to expand access to health services. The initiative reinforces the State's presence in communities and contributes to reducing social inequalities, especially in peripheral areas.
Service - People served in the action that took place in the Aurá neighborhood, who could not attend the delivery this Thursday (07), can, starting this Friday (08), pick up the glasses directly at the Usina da Paz Prof. Amintas Pinheiro, in the Icuí-Guajará neighborhood, on Estrada do Icuí-Guajará, at the corner with Avenida Independência. It is necessary to present an official identification document.
