'Por Todas Elas' delivers 777 new glasses to residents of the Curuçambá neighborhood in Ananindeua
The delivery benefited residents served on June 7, during a program action, when more than 30 health, leisure, and citizenship services were offered to the neighborhood
Residents of the Curuçambá neighborhood in Ananindeua, Metropolitan Region of Belém, were benefited by the State Government, through the 'Por Todas Elas' program, with the delivery of 777 new prescription glasses. The delivery of the equipment took place this Wednesday (06).
The glasses were delivered to residents who were served during free ophthalmological consultations held on June 7, during the 'Por Todas Elas' program action in the neighborhood. Housekeeper Rosa Modesto was one of the beneficiaries and highlighted the importance of the new vision equipment for her life.
“This is a very important moment and I am very happy that I received new glasses. My old glasses were expired and I was having a lot of headaches and dizziness. With this action close to home, I was able to get the service and it was very good, thank God,” said Rosa.
Housewife Vanessa Elleres was also benefited, for the second consecutive year, with glasses delivered through the state program. “This is the second time I have the opportunity to change my glasses through the State Government. It’s one less expense. I have diabetes and my prescription increases quickly. I was already having headaches and watery eyes, but now it will get better. The service was excellent!” declared the resident of the Curuçambá neighborhood.
“This is a special moment, where we are returning to the communities to deliver the glasses through the 'Por Todas Elas' program. These equipment will certainly improve people's lives,” stated the State Secretary of Citizenship Articulation, Elieth Braga.
Service - People served in the action that took place in the Curuçambá neighborhood, who could not attend the delivery this Wednesday (06), can, starting this Thursday (07), pick up the glasses directly at the Usina da Paz Prof. Amintas Pinheiro, in the Icuí-Guajará neighborhood, on the Estrada do Icuí-Guajará, at the corner with Avenida Independência. It is necessary to present an official identification document.
In case of possible problems with the delivered glasses, interested parties should also seek the Usina da Paz in the Icuí-Guajará neighborhood to request the necessary corrections.
