HRPC sets new record with over 35,000 laboratory tests performed in July
The number reinforces the unit's commitment to an increasingly accurate, safe, and effective diagnosis for SUS users
The Regional Public Hospital of Caetés (HRPC), in Capanema, northeastern Pará, continues to grow in productivity and quality of care. The clinical analysis service of the unit reached a new record by performing 35,752 laboratory tests in July 2025, surpassing the previous mark of 34,071 tests recorded in May 2024. The increase represents a growth of 4.93% in the volume of services, reinforcing the unit's commitment to an increasingly accurate, safe, and effective diagnosis for users of the Unified Health System (SUS).
For Vanessa Blante, coordinator and technical responsible for the Clinical Analysis sector of HRPC, the new record expresses more than just numbers. “This result reflects not only the increase in healthcare demand but, above all, the institution's continuous commitment to providing qualified, agile, and safe diagnostic support to the Caetés population. This milestone was only possible thanks to the effort, competence, and tireless dedication of the entire team involved, which daily reaffirms our purpose of promoting comprehensive care, ensuring that each patient has access to the necessary resources for an accurate and timely diagnosis.”
Approval - Maria de Nazaré Silva Oliveira, 42, a resident of the municipality of Nova Timboteua, recently visited HRPC to undergo laboratory tests and praised the agility and humanized care of the team. “I was very well attended from reception to the moment of collection. Everything was quick and organized. The team deserves congratulations for their work. It is very good to know that we have a hospital like this here in our region, that treats us with care and responsibility.”
The Caetés Hospital Complex is part of the state health network of the Government of Pará, through the State Secretariat of Public Health (Sespa), and serves exclusively through the Unified Health System (SUS).
