Cidadania Stations provide 275 thousand services and ensure essential services
Numbers refer only to the first half of the year 2025

Present in strategic municipalities of Pará, the Cidadania Stations reinforce the State Government's commitment to ensuring greater access to essential services for the population. Coordinated by the State Secretariat for Planning and Administration (Seplad), the Cidadania Stations surpassed the mark of 275 thousand services in just the first half of 2025, establishing themselves as an important tool for bringing citizens closer to public services.
The numbers reinforce the importance of providing quality services to the population. "The Cidadania Stations promote the decentralization of services that could previously only be performed in the capital, Belém. They gather in one space services from various municipal, state, and federal agencies, providing citizens with more comfort, accessibility, and technology," noted Gabriel Perez, Deputy Secretary of Modernization and Administrative Management at Seplad.

"The location of the units in strategic municipalities is a successful bet by the State, as evidenced by the numbers, aiming to ensure more citizenship, inclusion, and efficiency for all who use and provide the services. Thus, citizens can resolve multiple demands quickly, safely, and conveniently, without having to face long commutes or queues. The Government of Pará continues to work to ensure that all residents can fully exercise their rights,” concluded Gabriel Perez.
Pará has 11 Cidadania Station units. There are six in the Metropolitan Region of Belém (RMB), in Belém and Ananindeua, and five others in the municipalities of Itaituba, Marabá, Parauapebas, Santarém, and Tucuruí.

Of the total of 275,715 services, 177,095 were provided in the Metropolitan Region of Belém (RBM), at the São Brás, Icoaraci, Grão Pará, Pátio Belém, and Ananindeua units, and 98,620 at the units in Itaituba, Marabá, Parauapebas, Santarém, and Tucuruí.
The units with the highest service percentages are the Cidadania Station Ananindeua, with 67,878; Cidadania Station Pátio Belém, with 54,996; Cidadania Station Marabá, with 32,472; and Cidadania Station Santarém, with 25,415.
Student Letícia Santos highlights the fact that the Station brings together several agencies in one place, optimizing people's time. “I managed to resolve two things in the same place: obtaining the second copy of my ID and renewing my Iasep plan as a dependent. I didn't waste time; if I had gone to other places, it would have taken me one or two days to resolve everything, so this practicality is great. Besides being very well attended from start to finish, the person who assisted me was super quick and agile; I liked it a lot,” said the student.

Agencies present at the Cidadania Stations
Some of the partners of the Cidadania Station are: Department of Traffic of the State of Pará (Detran), State Secretariat of Social Assistance, Labor, Employment, and Income of Pará (Seaster), Civil Police (PC), Public Defender's Office of the State of Pará (DPE), Banpará, Commercial Registry of the State of Pará (Jucepa), Federal Revenue, Institute of Assistance for State Servants of Pará (Iasep), among other municipal, state, and federal agencies.
Among the most sought-after partners by the population are Detran, with 62,410 services; Civil Police, with 38,439 services; Banpará, with 24,282 services; and Seaster, with 21,723 services.
“Each of the 10 operational units was designed to offer more convenience to the population, with a modern structure, air conditioning, and clear signage. It is worth noting that some partner agencies work with scheduled appointments, such as the Civil Police, which helps reduce queues and waiting times,” explained Kleber Lara, General Coordinator of the Cidadania Stations.

Services
At the Cidadania Stations, the population has access to services such as: issuance of identity cards (RG); consultation for income tax refunds; reception and analysis of processes; CNH services (first license, category change, jurisdiction change, legislation, biometrics, and renewal); issuance of CRV, CRLV, and digital documents; unemployment insurance; issuance of digital work cards; procedural consultation; guidance and protection of consumer rights, analysis of socioeconomic vulnerability, banking services, among others.

The retiree, João Guilherme Pereira, shared his experiences during his visits to the Cidadania Station. “Specifically today, I came to Detran to initiate a vehicle sale process, but I have already had the opportunity to use other services here at the Cidadania Station, such as the Identity Card for myself and my mother, and I also came to inquire about a situation with another person's ID, but the Civil Police managed to guide me properly. The Station really has a good structure; you are well attended and comfortably accommodated,” reported João.
Improvements
Currently, the units in Guamá, Icoaraci, and Santarém are undergoing modernization works in their structures. The goal is to provide higher quality in service delivery to the population.
Rosemary da Silva, a self-employed worker, spoke about the importance of the modernization works at the Cidadania Station in Icoaraci. “The Cidadania Station in Icoaraci is of utmost importance because it prevents us from going to the center, especially regarding transportation. I live in Tenoné, and we are from the Icoaraci district, so it is more feasible to come here. This work is necessary because many people use this space, so expanding the area will ensure more comfort for the population that frequents the Station. I already found it a comfortable and welcoming space now, as there aren't many people, and the service is very quick,” expressed Rosemary.
The Government of Pará reaffirms its commitment to the well-being of the population, strengthening and expanding the Cidadania Stations to ensure increasingly efficient, humane, and accessible public service.
