Three people are arrested in the second phase of Operation 'Seventh Seal' in Parauapebas

The Civil Police arrested three people on the morning of Wednesday (9) during the launch of the second phase of Operation "Seventh Seal" in Parauapebas, southeastern Pará. The action was coordinated by the Regional Superintendence of Carajás, with support from the 20th Urban Section of the municipality.
"The arrested individuals are being investigated for involvement with drug trafficking and firearms, as well as being part of a nationally operating criminal faction," explained delegate João Abel, regional superintendent.
The operation aimed to execute three preventive arrest warrants and home search and seizure orders.

The arrests took place at three different addresses in the neighborhoods Parque dos Carajás II, Nova Carajás, and Alto Bonito. At the latter location, police seized 17 portions of marijuana, one pressed block of the same substance, one bag of cocaine, another bag of crack, three precision scales, and a .38 caliber revolver, loaded with five intact rounds.
All collected materials will be analyzed, and the suspects will remain in custody at the disposal of the Justice. The Civil Police continues the investigations to completely dismantle the criminal group and reinforce the commitment to combat organized crime in the region.
