The ecological space of Utinga Camilo Vianna Park opened its doors for the 3rd Meeting of Social Workers of the Pará Social-Educational Assistance Foundation (Fasepa) on Wednesday (25). The event brought together social assistance professionals working in socio-education, organized by the People Management Center (NGP) and the Social-Educational Assistance Directorate (DAS), in partnership with UNICID University and Uniasselvi Belém.

The main objective of the program was to provide a moment of integration, professional appreciation, and care for the overall health of the institution's social workers. Focusing on self-care and well-being, the meeting offered participants activities aimed at reflecting on the importance of physical, mental, and emotional balance in the exercise of the profession.

The program included stretching classes, circular dance, self-care activities, walking, and cycling. This initiative is part of the ongoing actions developed by the NGP focusing on promoting health and quality of life for Fasepa staff.

The coordinator of the NGP, Marcela Paiva, emphasizes the importance of caring for those who care. "This meeting was thoughtfully planned so that our staff could experience moments focused on self-care, physical and mental well-being. We believe that taking care of the people who work daily in our institution is essential. Therefore, we seek to provide a welcoming environment that promotes health and encourages practices that contribute to quality of life both inside and outside of work," reinforced the coordinator.

By bringing together social workers in a space connected to nature, the event also aimed to encourage healthy practices and strengthen the bonds among professionals, promoting a mutual support network within the institution.
