Second night of Parárraiá 2025 marked by a meeting of generations
The largest São João of the Amazon brought the performance of Chitãozinho & Xororó, in addition to other regional and national attractions

The program for the second day of Parárraiá - the São João of the Amazon, this Friday, 13, gathered an audience of veterans and the new generation. Housekeeper Ana Braz, a fan of the sertanejo duo Chitãozinho & Xororó, came from Ananindeua to enjoy the show of her childhood idols.
"I came to Parárraiá last year and liked it a lot. But this year is special. I will see my favorite singers completely for free. Everything here is wonderful and well-structured. This show that we are having, which we cannot afford to pay for, is a privilege. I am very happy and anxious."
One of the most anticipated attractions of the night, the duo Chitãozinho & Xororó, even under the rain, moved the audience with classics like "Fio de Cabelo", "Evidências" and "Sinônimos".

Meanwhile, student Ébely Almeida, a resident of the Castanheira neighborhood, took advantage of the proximity of her home to the parking lot of the Mangueirão stadium in Belém, where the largest São João of the Amazon is being held, to see up close the queen of tecnomelody, Viviane Batidão, in addition to Xand Avião.
"I am very excited. I came to see Viviane Batidão and Xand. It’s my first time at Parárraiá and I think it’s amazing," she reported.
The event, which runs until Sunday (15), brought to the stage Viviane Batidão, Chitãozinho & Xororó, Xand Avião, Felipe Amorim, and Rebeca Lindsay, in a night rhythmically filled with tecnomelody, forró, sertanejo, and piseiro.

The governor of Pará, Helder Barbalho, spoke about the importance of promoting the meeting of artists who have marked generations and those of the present day.
"Another day of much excitement, a lot of culture, the junina quadrilhas have already performed, our Viviane Batidão too, and now, of course, a very special moment, as nostalgic as it is to have Chitãozinho & Xororó again, and this time, with open gates, so everyone can have fun. I asked them a little while ago how long it had been since they last sang here, and they said about 30 years. Therefore, this demonstrates the importance of this moment and of a duo that transcends generations, from grandfather, to father, to son, the whole family can have fun together. And also from Xororó, Xand Avião, and the other attractions that perform on this very special, wonderful night, with a security scheme handled with great attention, with the entire team of the Military Police, Fire Department, Municipal Guard, Civil Police, and of course, the security personnel of the event structure, so that everyone can come here to have fun, with a lot of tranquility, bringing their families, enjoying another day of Parárraiá."

The head of the executive branch also reinforced the support of the State Government in valuing culture and invited the people of Pará to the upcoming days of the event.
"Come here to dance a lot of forró, to dance a lot of Pará culture and to enjoy with your family. It’s the moment to value the culture here in the State, it’s the moment to value this junina square, and to make Pará the largest São João of the Amazon. It’s the second year of an increasingly larger event, with a lot of organization, with a lot of care to do it in the best possible way, so that families can come here and have special, unforgettable moments of fun."
Parárraiá is supported by the Government of Pará. An initiative that promotes the culture and economy of Belém and the State, had its first edition in 2024, attracting more than 400,000 people to the parking lot of Novo Mangueirão. The expectation for this year is a larger number of participants, with a program that brings great names from regional and national music.
