The Usina da Paz Prof. Amintas Pinheiro, in the Icuí-Guajará neighborhood of Ananindeua, was the stage, this Thursday (12), for a major citizenship action promoted by the Government of Pará in partnership with judicial authorities. The initiative ensured the community access to legal assistance, health, and citizenship services through the state program Por Todas Elas.

With the participation of institutions such as the Court of Justice of Pará (TJPA), Federal Regional Court (TRF1), Labor Court, Regional Electoral Court (TRE), State Public Defender's Office (DPE), and Judicial Center for Conflict Resolution (Cejusc), services such as legal guidance, conciliations and mediations, filing of lawsuits, and issuance of documents were offered, in addition to registrations in social programs.

One of the most symbolic moments of the event was the holding of a community wedding, which formalized the union of 23 couples precisely on the date that celebrates Valentine's Day.

"Today is Valentine's Day, and nothing is more symbolic and happy than participating in these weddings. We are here in a Usina da Paz, which represents this special look at people, giving opportunities to families and representing the union of these couples today. I wish each couple much happiness and that this union be strengthened by God and Our Lady," highlighted the Lieutenant Governor Hana Ghassan, the creator of Por Todas Elas.

Among the couples were Irineu Pantoja and Cleidna Ferraz, who celebrated the realization of their dream. “This is a very special moment for us. I thank you for this initiative, not only for us but for many other couples who can now formalize their unions,” said Cleidna. Together for 20 years, Rutilene and José Góes also participated in the celebration. “We thank you for this opportunity given to our family. We are very happy about it,” declared Rutilene.

In addition to legal assistance, residents could count on more than 30 free health and citizenship services, such as document issuance, medical and dental consultations, eye exams, selection of eyeglass frames, vaccinations, rapid tests, women's health guidance, mammography and ultrasound exams, as well as aesthetic services, raffle prizes, and recreational activities.

The couple Simeão Ferreira and Bárbara Santos was one of those who took advantage of the services to start the process for new prescription glasses. “This action was a blessing for us. The government is looking at our needs and developing this work. We can only thank and take advantage of the opportunity,” stated Simeão.

For the State Secretary of Citizenship Articulation, Elieth Braga, the action symbolizes the Government's commitment to bringing public services closer to the population. “It is a special moment and a great citizenship action that is providing services and bringing the State closer to the population, with Por Todas Elas,” she reinforced.
