Civil Police arrest 5 people for selling counterfeit tickets in Belém
The criminals are being investigated for selling fake tickets for Clube do Remo games, and with them, 7,900 reais in cash, cell phones, and a motorcycle were seized.

The Civil Police of Pará, through the Delegacy of Protection to the Fan and Major Events (DPTGE), arrested five people in the act for fraud in ticket sales. The arrests occurred on the morning of this Friday (6), and six cell phones, cash, and a motorcycle were seized from the criminals.
The DPTGE teams continued investigations related to the fraudulent sale of tickets for Clube do Remo. During the operations, near Travessa Doutor Enéas Pinheiro, in the Marco neighborhood of Belém, a man who was already being monitored by the civil police was spotted with three other people.
"We were already monitoring one of the suspects, who had been mentioned in a police report related to illicit practices, as well as another national suspected of possible involvement with a criminal association under investigation. Our teams identified both suspects at the same address, along with three other people. Surveillance was conducted by the investigation team, and when they left the residence, all were approached and searched, at which point we found and seized six cell phones, the amount of R$ 7,900.00 in cash, allegedly from the sale of counterfeit tickets, and a motorcycle. None of those present provided a plausible justification for the lawful origin of the amounts," explained delegate Marcos André Araújo, head of the DPTGE.

During the approach, it was identified that one of the suspects was carrying the manual for a motorcycle, as well as the two keys for the vehicle, indicating a possible intention to sell the asset, which may be the product or benefit of criminal activity related to the fraudulent sale of tickets.
The arrested individuals were taken to the headquarters of the Division of Investigations and Special Operations (DIOE), where they underwent standard procedures. They were charged with criminal association, a crime provided for in Article 288 of the Brazilian Penal Code. All those involved paid bail set by the police authority and were released to respond to the crime in freedom. Investigations continue to deepen the facts and identify others involved in the criminal scheme.
