FCP promotes a series of free workshops in Marabá starting next Monday (26)

Registrations are open for the workshops promoted by the Audiovisual and Performing Arts Centers of the Cultural Foundation of Pará (FCP) in Marabá, in the southeastern region of Pará. The activities will take place from May 26 to 30 at the Cultural Station of the municipality. Those interested in participating must register through an electronic form.

Among the activities, the Module I of Acting for Audiovisual Language, taught by actor, producer, and documentary filmmaker Dario Jaime, stands out. Registrations for the workshop are open until May 26. The purpose of the activity is to promote an exchange of experiences between Dário and the artistic community of Marabá.

"I had to come to Belém at 14 because I wanted to professionalize myself. The Cultural Foundation reaching municipalities like Marabá with workshops and training for local artists is very important, especially at a time when the global audiovisual industry is looking at our region," comments Dario Jaime, who has worked with international producers such as Netflix and Paramount.

In addition to the training activities, the program includes services such as the Credentialing Drive for Cultural Agents, which will take place on May 27 and 28, from 9 am to 12 pm. The drive is open to the public and targets artists, researchers, teachers, and students in the arts who can act as instructors.

"When FCP is present in other municipalities, we can better map the cultural production of the region. Marabá is an important cultural hub, and the Cultural Station, with all the structure of the Cultural Foundation of Pará, allows us to better serve local artists. This marks a new moment for FCP, with a stronger presence in key cities of our state," says Danilo Bracchi, Coordinator of Scenic Language at FCP.
