Usina da Paz Benevides receives large audience on its first day of operation
The new citizenship complex of the State Government opened its doors this Monday (19) to begin scheduling services and assistance for the community
The newly inaugurated Usina da Paz in the municipality of Benevides, in the Metropolitan Region of Belém, opened its doors to the local community this Monday (19), on its official first day of operation. Throughout the morning, dozens of people visited the site to get to know the new structure, delivered by the State Government last Friday (16), and to start signing up for the available activities.
On this first official day of operation, the new Usina da Paz began the scheduling process for the community for health services, such as medical and dental consultations, as well as document issuance services.
Housewife Roberta Kelly, a resident of the Santo Antônio neighborhood in the Murinin district, took advantage of Monday morning to get to know the new Usina da Paz and, on top of that, scheduled appointments for health services.
“I already scheduled a dentist appointment and it was super quick, I liked it. Now I am in line again to schedule with the general practitioner. This Usina da Paz is going to be very good for the community because, many times, we have to go to Belém to get services, leaving home at dawn, etc. With the Usina here close to us, it becomes much easier,” said the resident.
Another resident who went to check out the new Usina da Paz was Diene Damasceno, who took her granddaughter Débora to have fun at the playground. An entrepreneur, she mentioned that she is looking forward to the start of professional qualification activities that will be available at the new state public facility.
“Since the announcement of the construction, I believed that the Usina da Paz would come to benefit the people here, especially to take our children off the streets. Our community is needy and still faces difficulties in obtaining services, so the Usina will be very important for that. This is definitely a moment of great happiness,” declared the resident.
Housewife Leiliane da Silva was also very satisfied with the service received at the new Usina da Paz. "I found it very beneficial for the people, who often need services and face difficulties. I am very grateful and very happy for this space, for service, leisure, and computing. We also have a public square to walk with the family," she celebrated.
Service - The new Usina da Paz is located at Avenida Martinho Monteiro, nº 767, in Paraíso do Murinin, Benevides. Services start at 8 am, on a first-come, first-served basis. More information about the available services can be found through the official Instagram @usinasdapaz.
